"At this point the goal is to combine many of the skill that should have been mastered in the previous medals"

Foward Crossovers - Figure 8 Pattern
On completion of one full circle of crossovers, bring both feet together and rotate arms to face into the opposite circle. Commence the second circle crossing the other direction. On completion of the second circle, bring both feet together in preperation for the next.

Backwards Crossovers - Figure 8 Pattern
On completion of one full circle of backwards crossovers, bring both back together, rotate the arms to face into the next circle. Commence the second circle crossing the other direction. On completeion of the second circle, bring both feet together in preperation for the next.

Two foot glide in a spiralling curve
Gather speed by using basic pushes, bring your feet together and glide along in a straight line to control balance. Keeping your feet together and both knees bent strongly, press one foot onto an outside edge and the other foot onto an inside edge to create a curve. Rotate the arms and shoulders into the circle and keeping the knees bent gently lean into the circle to deepen the edge and increase the curve to create a spiral.

    Simple Step Sequence
The skater is required to use a combination of steps learned in previous levels to create a simple step sequence.
